Our main production facility, located on the Plateau de Herve, is where we make our Le Bocage range of cooked meat products – cooked hams, puddings, sausages and cooked sausages – and where we package individual consumer portions.
We make dry sausages with tradition and respect at our secondary production facility in Gaume, in the Belgian Ardennes. Our 100% pork, Ardenne and Gaumais sausages are sold under our Apéro Cochon brand.
